White leather pants suit
Significance
This white leather vest and flares were high-style hippie gear. They were designed and made by Vancouver performance artist Evelyn Roth, and sold in the RARE boutique at 438 Richards Street. RARE was run by an artists’ cooperative of which Roth was a member. It opened in 1966 and closed in 1969.
