Strategic Plan
We are excited about our new vision and believe we can create a more relevant and dynamic museum that will attract and inspire a more diversified audience to share in our passion for Vancouver.
In order to realize the vision, the Strategic Plan 2008 – 2011 identifies four strategic priorities:
1) Secure our financial and operational stability;
2) Develop exhibitions and programs that interpret Vancouver through a broad range of disciplines, put history in a contemporary context, and provoke debate and discussion about the City;
3) Enhance our visibility and reputation; and
4) Develop a more inclusive and collaborative approach to community involvement in the Museum.
